What’s your policy regarding cancellation of orders?
For our dear Manila shoppers, cancellation is not allowed since your order will automatically be processed after orders have been placed.
Provincial shoppers are not encouraged to cancel their orders as well, but since we are transferring provincial orders to couriers, we inform you ahead and ask for your confirmation before shipping it to the couriers.

How and when will I receive my order?
For Orders within Manila
After placing your order, you will receive an order number and confirmation messages will also be sent on your email and mobile device. Your order will be immediately processed hours after placing your order.
Expect the arrival of your purchase within 1-3 days.
For cases where items are unavailable, our customer service will inform you regarding delay on shipment.
For our customers in Provincial areas
After placing of order you will receive your order number and get confirmation messages on your mail and mobile device saying that you have successfully placed your order. The day after placing your order, expect a call from our customer service who will ask for the confirmation of your order and once you confirm, your order will be processed already.
Shipment of items for provincial areas will be handled by trusted couriers. Expect delivery of items within 5-7 working days.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For customers residing in Manila, the estimated delivery time of their purchase is 1-3 working days. While for customers in provincial areas, the estimated waiting time is 3-7 days.

Can I still change my address delivery?
Yes. A change of delivery address is possible as long as the order is not yet shipped. Email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 09178858245 as soon as possible for this type of change.
Which courier are you going to ship my order with?
We ship items to customers in Metro Manila and Provincial areas with the help of our own trusted riders and the courier LBC, JRS and 2GO.
Cash On Delivery
Cash payment is made at the time of receiving the product. This type of money transaction is only available to our consumer’s nationwide.
With this type of payment, consumers residing in Metro Manila could expect their items at their doorstep within 1 to 2 days after purchase. While for customers in Provincial Areas, the estimated delivery time would be 3 to 7 days.
There will also be additional charges for customers opting to pay via Cash on Delivery.
If you don’t have Paypal or Debit Card, you can deposit your payment to our BDO or BPI account.
Can I pay by installments?
At this point we do not accept payment through installments, we only accept full payments via bank transfer/credit cards.
